    , unopened, genuine Canon printhead manufactured in Japan.  (Beware the Chinese counterfeits.)  Canon does
    not
    include ink cartridges with their new print heads.  You
    can
    install the ink cartridges from your old print head in the new printhead if they still have ink in them.
    If the problem is with the printhead I sold you, I will give you a FULL refund (or send you a replacement).
    If the problems ends up being your printer, I will do a partial refund, usually over 80%.
