Shipped with USPS First Class.Balance wheel broken ( axel) only.Hair spring in working condition.It has only hour hand and no minute hand is there.Main spring fully working and winding o k .It was working but few minutes ago unfortunately it fells from my hand and now balance wheel is wobbling.
