Brand New Open Box.  White cover has some rub marks from shipping and cannot be sold at full retail price.  All the electrical knockouts are intact, so you can be absolutely assured it has never been installed.  We put power to unit just to be sure and it operates perfectly.  As of this listing, it sells on Amazon for 0.
Made to be recessed in standard 2x4 wall.   Recessed box dimensions are 8 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 3 3/4" deep.
Made in USA commercial quality.  This is a 120v, 1500w, 5115 BTU heater.  Please be familiar with sizing heating units.
