    Description

    Hello, here is a HUGE! colorful and 100% natural petrified wood fossil that has been cut on one side and highly polished! It has spots of well preserved bark with Purple, Red, Orange, Yellow, White & Black colors and was quarried in Northeast Arizona.
    This "rock" was a fallen tree that lived in the Late Triassic period a crazy! 237 -- 201 million years ago! The sediments containing the fossil logs are part of the widespread and colorful Chinle Formation.
    The fossil measures a HUGE! 15" or 38cm at its widest and 4 1/2" or 11.5cm at its Thickest and it weighs a Heavy 28 Pounds or 12.80 Kilos! A large sturdy display STAND is included.
